We use standard brown or white cardboard boxes with no external markings that reference Tiddy Toys, adult products, or anything that could identify the contents. The shipping label displays only the delivery address and a generic sender name.

- Label: Generic sender name and return address - nothing that identifies the product
- Interior: Products are wrapped in protective foam and sealed in an opaque inner bag
- Size: Box dimensions vary by product but look no different from any regular online order
To anyone who sees the package on your porch, at your mailroom, or in your hands, it looks like any other delivery.
What Shows Up on Your Bank Statement
Privacy does not stop at the packaging. When your payment processes, the charge on your credit card or bank statement will not display "Tiddy Toys" or any product-related descriptor. Instead, it will appear under a neutral, nondescript business name that blends in with everyday online purchases.
If you use PayPal or Afterpay, the same principle applies. We have configured our payment processing to keep your transaction history clean and unremarkable.

Does the customs declaration reveal the product?
For international shipments, the customs form describes the item in generic terms (e.g., "silicone novelty item" or "personal care product"). Product-specific names are not used.
Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes. You can add delivery notes at checkout, such as requesting the package be left at a specific location or held at a pickup point.
