What are Tiddy Toys made from?
Our toys are made from high-quality platinum-grade silicone or TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), depending on the model. Both materials are skin-safe, soft to the touch, and designed for long-lasting use when cared for properly.
How realistic do they feel?
Our products are designed to closely mimic the softness, texture, and natural movement of the real thing. Each model is crafted for lifelike realism.
How should I clean my Tiddy Toy?
Gently wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap after use. Pat dry with a soft towel and allow to air-dry completely before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.
How should I store it?
Keep your toy in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Store in a lint-free bag or original packaging to prevent dust build-up. Avoid placing heavy objects on top to maintain its shape.
Is the packaging discreet?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free international shipping to most countries.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, and shipping is free worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, though this may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and your unboxing video. We request that you record a continuous unboxing video before opening your delivery. Report delivery issues as soon as possible, preferably within 3 calendar days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
We request that you record a continuous unboxing video from before opening the sealed box through removing and checking the product. If it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, email tiddytoysteam@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 3 calendar days of delivery, with your order number, a description and your unboxing video. Photos can provide extra detail. See our Refund Policy.
Are these products safe for the skin?
Yes. Our products are made with body-safe materials that are free from harmful chemicals such as phthalates.
